We at Roushan have over 15 years of collective experience establishing and running schools tailored to each child’s needs, talents, abilities, and interests. The name “ROUSHAN” signifies, igniting the light that empowers children in crossing the ford of knowledge, and venturing into the vast pasture of learning, where they would be nurtured from their budding years to equip their tender minds with skills that would last a lifetime.
We firmly believe that education alone can nurture the development of intelligence. The stimulation of the mind would require a unique curriculum encompassing music, the arts, science, technology, literacy, numeracy and physical exploration.

Our teaching contents are tailored to develop a sense of curiosity amongst our students. It is the product of ongoing research & is tailored to meet the requirements of current and future generations. Emphasis is laid on learning through experience and putting theory to practice.
Importance of Value Based Education:
In today's world, there is a huge crisis of strong moral values and there is a need to build the framework of a robust value-based Education system. Through value-based education, we at Roushan strongly believe in guiding our students towards growing into citizens with strong moral & ethical values.
Technology-based Learning:
Technology has become an integral part of Education. Technology-based education implies employing technology to help students understand their courses better. According to Education experts, technology has helped a lot in raising the understanding levels of students and we at Roushan have adopted this as one of our key focus areas.
Learning with Nature:
Education with or about nature is treated as an 'extra-curricular' activity. However, we believe that it is important to understand and design a nature learning framework to understand & appreciate the concepts of nature and the environment. With this thought in mind, we have incorporated nature modules and concepts into our curriculum and in the construction of our campus.
Robust Assessment Process:
Our assessment processes are individually driven & tend to avoid painting all children with the same brush. We appreciate that children have their unique traits and we acknowledge that. Our processes are constructive, free of bias and focus more on the "How" process.
Co-Curricular Activities & Games:
All activities in the school play a significant role in the development of students. Co-curricular activities & Games are an integral part of school life and help in enhancing the learning process of students at school. At Roushan participation in such activities is compulsory as we believe that strong bodies lead to healthier minds.
